Return Policy

PortaBag stands behind the quality of every backpack and accessory. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error. For damaged or defective items, please contact our support team with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes upon return.
